I've done a bit of searching to find some answers about how to achieve the highest possible flash video encodes for the web but I haven't had much luck solving my problem lately. Hopefully someone can help.
I'm encoding several videos to be displayed on a new website. I started with a full res, Apple XDCAM HD 422 1080p30 quicktime which I've down converted to a 500x281 H.264 quicktime.
Then, I encoded in Flash CS3 with high bitrates and settings. When I preview the flash movie with cmd + enter the video looks great. However, when I publish preview in html the video plays back with lines hitting across the screen during fast edits with alot of camera movement.
Does anyone have any tips or could point me to any helpful resources that might help me solve this problem?
