Encoder Problem
on Jul 1, 2009 at 3:42:28 am

Hello all,

I am having a problem with my CS3 Flash Video Encoder for Mac. It used to work fine, but all of a sudden any time I tried to encode a quicktime to and flv I would get an error message, though the message never specified what was wrong. The only way I can get the software to work is if I un-check the audio box in the encoding settings...I know that MPEG-2 files supposedly cannot be encoded to flv with the audio and video together, but this is not my case. I am simply trying to encode a regular .mov file, and it doesn't matter what the codec or frame size or anything is, I am getting the same problem. I don't use Flash very often, so maybe there is some easy fix like trashing the preferences that I don't know about. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.
