keying for flash

Hi, I just had a question about shooting video to green screen and presenting it in a way that a developer could take it in flash and put it to a website. It's one of those talking heads that overlaps other items on the page. some examples here: http://www.livefaceonweb.com/samples.aspx . MY QUESTION IS.. how would I save the video file (possibly in FCP) to have a transparent background so that the greenscreen is omitted and the developer can take the file and have it overlap images on his page with just the person's body being seen.. I could do it if there was a white background or other..but I'm unsure as to how to make it transparent so that the player and all overlaps images on the page. thanks.
