That should go some way to solving your problem, unfortunately I don't know how to open a specific folder... I suppose you could write a .bat file and just open that :)
Then it woud be:
This would go in your your .bat file:
%SystemRoot%explorer.exe "folder path"
But then you'd still need to figure out which folder you need to browse to of course...
