flash swf

I know this has been asked before, but it was a long time ago and maybe someone has came up with a solution.

I have a composition with only text and I want it to be a flash swf-file to but on my website. The problem is, I cannot make the background transparent.

Is it possible?

You'll need to set your WMode (window mode) to Opaque or Transparent.

Go to File > Publish settings > HTML and then choose Opaque or Transparent windowless where it says Window mode... And publish. :)

That will give you the html code you need.

Kind regards,
Pieter

General notice: from now on, I would like to ask everyone to put [AS2] or [AS3] (corresponding to the version of actionscript you are using on your project) in front of their post titles when the question is actionscript related! Please help us help you faster. Thank you.

Well, I don't know why they relocated this question, cause I posted it in the After effects forum. I want to export a composition to SWF from After Effects and make the background transparent.
