H.264 video in Flash CS3 issues
on Apr 9, 2009 at 3:09:16 pm

I have a demo reel that I have exported in Quicktime to H.264. I would like to use it on my Flash CS3 website. My Flash CS3 is up to date and the Flash Player is the latest version, but I can get the video to play in browser when published. I am using a video object and having actionscript 3 link the movie to the video object. I have tried changing the extension from .mov to .flv, but then I read is should be able to read .mov files. Does anyone know why I am having issues? Below is the actionscript I am using.

var nc:NetConnection = new NetConnection();
var ns: NetStream = new NetStream(nc);

var listener:Object = new Object();
listener.onMetaData = function (md:Object):void{};
ns.client = listener"");
