I am trying to make a flash presentation, banners ect. using video and I want to put together a workflow that is practical.
1. Should I compress the video before I transfer it to the project? What are the best compression settings to use to work with the video for web?
2. What program should I use? Adobe flash, after effect or photoshop video. What do you recommend?
3. How do I get the clearest presentations for web when the projects are done.

Thanks DC Glenn

To create your video I suggest using After Effects and then rendering a FLV using the Adobe Flash Video render settings. You can then bring your FLV into Flash and add the other components around your video that will allow you to incorporate all the elements you want for your banner such as moving parts etc.
