"Playing the .flv" tutorial by Lee Brimelow

I'm gettin' completely hooked on working in Flash CS3.

However I'm now experiencing some AS3 problems, while doing the simple video-player as shown in the tutorial: "Playing the flv"

My code is an exact match to the code presented in the tutorial, but eventhough I still recieve messages about compiler errors.

Could it be that the Flashversion used in the tutorial (Flash MX), is using another code-"langue" than AS3.??

I've also tried making the same player in an AS2 document..??

My Flashproject, and the .flv-file is located in the same folder. My code looks like this:

var nc:NetConnection = new NetConnection();

var ns:NetStream = new Netstream(nc);

And the compiler-error looks like this:

1180: Call to a possibly undefined method Netstream.
1061: Call to a possibly undefined method attachVideo through a reference with static type

The errors are located in line 4 & 6 accordingly..!

What is the problem..??
If I make my videoplayer embedded, it still tells me of an error, and the image of the video is playing slowmotion, while the audio plays normal...

I hope someone is a lot wiser than me..! ;-)

Thanks in advance.!
