Ok so I have been working on a flash project for over a month now and am facing a fork in the road if you will.
Here is the basics of what is going on.
Originally I had a login area in the flash programming that I could use on my computer and that various other people could also. There were a sporadic few that could not. Anyone who looked at my ActionScript saw nothing wrong with it. Rather than spend the time trying to find the "issue" that people who have been working with flash and actionscript for years couldn't find, I pulled the login out of the flash and turned it into a PHP page. This of course resolved that issue.
Now I have come across another section that does not function the right way on everyone else's computers as it does most people's. Meaning about half the people it works right for the other half it just goes back to the main page and ignores all the AS.
I cannot imagine that this is a normal occurrence for people working with AS and Flash.
I guess my question is has anyone ever run across this before? And if so how did they fix it?
If I cant find a resolution soon (By tomorrow morning) I will be forced to scrap ALL of the flash work and just go with doing this whole thing in PHP which is NOT what I want to do, but I need to know that it is usable by most everyone.
Any help would be greatly (and I do mean GREATLY) appreciated!
