Motion tween equivalent

Very basic question...

Could someone explain the equivalent in Actionscript of a simple left to right motion tween on a graphic. I am basically trying to get a smooth scrolling, which I can't achieve with motion tween.

Thanks,

Vince

There's two good tweening packages. I discuss one of them, Tweener, here.

Kind regards,
Pieter

General notice: from now on, I would like to ask everyone to put [AS2] or [AS3] (corresponding to the version of actionscript you are using on your project) in front of their post titles when the question is actionscript related! Please help us help you faster. Thank you.
