You do this with your html / css.

This http://www.w3.org/Style/Examples/007/center might help

So do I paste my SWF file into my CSS using a program like Dreamweaver? Then I should be able to center it there correct.

Whatever you are using to do your website; Dreamweaver might be overkill if all you are doing is making a page with a centered Flash file.

Any text editor would do, or there are free html / css tools like nVu (sources http://www.thefreecountry.com/webmaster/htmleditors.shtml )
or others if you need a tool.

You might want to take a look at keeping it web-standards compliant - it could be worth looking at http://www.alistapart.com/articles/flashsatay , which would give you all the code you need to cut-and-paste, as well as some insights.

In your html file that holds your flash file for display, create a div tag, aligned to the center, then place your code to embed your flash object within that div. Everything should be centered. If not, use a paragraph tag instead, in the same manner.
