We have an extensive video library at the school I work at, and managing it is becoming harder and harder as staff become more comfortable with digitising their own videos.
One big problem is getting everyone to stick to a common standard and the other headache is organising the library so that there isn't more than one version of any video.
It's occurred to me that a youtube style intranet site would solve both of these problems, but if we could all make youtube sites we'd all be millionaires.
There's some tutorials on the web for linux servers, but we run a windows server and I'm at a loss for how to adapt them. Does anyone know of a product or tutorial that would help me accomplish this goal?
