I just converted a quicktime file to flash, and am not happy with the outputted quality, even though I earmarked the quicktime as "highest quality" output. When I inputted into flash and exported as flv- the quality was slightly lower-
and one aggravating factor was that each time a new shot started, the pixels would start out quite rough and refine itself in the next few frames- so with each new shots that introduce completely different colors, the pixels would always become rough again before settling down into their smallest shape.
Is this a matter remedied inside flash? I used "import video" and set at 24fps (the same as the quicktime file). Should I adjust this to introduce higher quality? What other controls can I manipulate to increase clarity, sharpness, and quality?
