newbie questions
on Jan 18, 2007 at 3:02:04 am

when designing web banners, what are the typical specs for:
1) size of banner (x pixels wide, y pixels high)
2) frame rate
3) size of download

and
if i create a motion graphic with after effects to bring into a flash project, do i absolutely need to render it as a .flv file or can flash handle a high-quality Quicktime that would ultimately get compressed when the flash movie is rendered?

thank you

If you there are not any special effects in your animation then you should export it as .swf format, otherwise .png is the best option.

Flash is not good in handling internal videos, so avoid placing videos on the flash timeline.
