How to Resize Stage and Media Objects All at Once?

I created an animation that's 30 seconds long, but need to make the dimensions smaller. I know how to change the stage size, but how do I change all the elements to a smaller size? Will I have to tweak the keyframes? I'm using both vector and bmp elements.
