Sorensen Squeeze files in Flash...?????
on Jun 1, 2006 at 6:28:51 pm

Quick question....I'm working on a Flash site that needs to link to many different video files. I'm trying to bring in files from a DVD (via DVDxDVPro...) as DV files at the setting for 'FinalCut Pro/iMovie 6'...however when i import that file into Flash, It's still getting very pixelated...and does not look good. Would it be a benefit for me to purchase Sorensen Squeeze for the video files? If so....Is there an option in Flash to not further compress the squeezed file???? any support would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using Flash 8?

MX2004's FLV compresssion is IMO, useless. If yo're on MX2004 consider upgrading to Flash 8 at least, and yes, Sorenson Squeeze (or Flix Pro if you get Flash 8 will give you MUCH better results.

I'm filling a need. Without me there would be no bad examples.
