If you're talking about just spinning it like the hands of a clock, that's a simple matter of tweening the rotation of an object, which can be done either on the timeline with motion tweening. the "Transform" panel will have the Rotaton setting on it. You can also do it through ActionScript by using the tween method, or inside a loop incrementing or decrimenting the _rotation property of your clip.
You can also simulate a simplified flipping by tweening only the _xscale or _yscale property (or on the timeline, tweening the height or width properties).
If you're looking for more of a 3 dimensional looking rotation, you will need to do that in a 3D rendering program like Swift3D.
