Window component content resizing?
on Mar 16, 2006 at 2:18:47 pm

Is there a way to scale the content that is loaded into a Window component
so that it completely fills the Window component? While I'd prefer a solution that will do it automatically no matter what the size of the window component instance, at this point I would be fine with just setting the content's size to a fixed size.

I tried doing exactly this, resizing to a specific size, by doing it this way:

myRoot_mc.myWindow_mc.content.setSize(500,500);

but that doesn't work. According to the docs it seems the way you're
supposed to be able to access the loaded content is by using:

windowInstance.content

but I can't get it to work. Additionally, I have another layer of
complexity - I'm loading a Flashpaper'd document into this Window
component. I looked at the Flashpaper API info and nothing seems to work
when it is loaded into a Window component. Help!
