Combining FLV files into one FLV file?
on Jan 23, 2006 at 11:11:08 pm

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to take 2 video clips and combine them so that they can be played side by side as one combined FLV file.

The problem I'm trying to solve is keeping two videos in sync, and if there's a way to combine them into one clip, then that would address the problem.

Ideas anyone?

Thanks,

- Tom

If you have access to AfterEffects or Motion as well as the source files (QT, AVI, whatever) you could easily make one video of them side by side.

If this isn't an option you could write a script to pause the videos when their buffer is full, then test to see if both have full buffers, if so, play them both at the same time.
