Part of the problem is that you are (re)loading the movie every time a new frame is rendered (so, 12 or maybe 24 times per second?). Why not just use the loadMovie line on a frame instead of assigning it to a MovieClip?
It is one of two possibilities. First it could be that you have not specified an _x or _y value for the clip, in which case it won't be displayed. Or secondly, your path to the file you want to load has an error. Try being case sensitive, use %20 instead of spaces, or try using an absolute URL to the intended file. Also try the debugger and/or trace functions to see if the clip is in fact there.
