Have you added video controls to your Dynamic XML video player?
on Dec 1, 2005 at 1:46:49 pm

Hello:

Ok the Dynamic XML play list tutorial on Macromeda is great, but they skipped a crutical part. ADDING VIDEO CONTROLS TO IT.

I know what you are thinking, but this is no component, and the typical action sctipt to stop, play, pause, seek, and mute wont work no matter how I stry to script it.

I cant even get the streak to stop.

I haven't found any one that has successfuley done this, or even seen any example of how to do it. I may be blid, but any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Love the cow

didn't really get what you mean. Let me phrase it. What you mean is, the controller you build to control your flv no longer works when you populate ur listbox using xml? U can only play difference flvs upon the topics you choose from the listbox/.

goto Lee Brimelow's web site http://www.gotoandlearn.com

this site should be in every beginner - intermediate bookmark!

He's got tutorials about adding controls to flv's and he also has a XML video playlist tutorial...

then put all that together, and you'll achieve exactly what you want...

have fun.
