I just recieved my Studio 8 upgrade this week. I was surprised that all the documentation is either a PDF on the CD or online. I'm the type of guy who would still like to thumb through a paper manual to browse and see what's new, rather than be tied to my computer all the time.
Apparently the $15 manuals available from Macromedia are pretty thin. Nothing more than installation guides. Even the salesperson at Macromedia didn't recommend buying them.
So I guess if I do want a Studio 8 relevant book to look through, I have to wait until December/January? The software is so new that even the books that WILL cover it aren't in print yet.
Anyone have any suggestions, or find themselves in a similar position?
