Creative Cow is awesome! I'm looking for other sites like this one to maximize visibility of my reel. Can anyone recommend more sites like Creative Cow that I can post my reel to for free?

Try
http://www.thisiscentralstation.com/ and you could always upload it onto vimeo. There's a few groups you can join in vimeo that concentrate on showreels.

I think besides the COW it would be Vimeo or YouTube.
