First of all, I don't recommend doing titles like "Motion graphics". It will or should be obvious what you are showing from the initial slate and the content.
Now, most of what you show needs some solid refinement. There is some shaky video and 'bumpy' animation that should be made flawless. ie. the vegas clip has something popup at the start and it moves like bad After Effects keyframes. A lot of the samples feel like you were playing around with no clear objective. My advice is to go back through it all and ask yourself why you did each piece. If you are not sure, then throw it out and replace it with something more solid. Each item should have a strong idea behind it and not be effects-driven.
In order to stand out in a very crowded field like mograph, you need a sharp, focused reel and your not there yet.
