Very nice, I like the gradient mixed with the blocks, the only pet peave I have with it is that the look of the combined blocks looks almost like an ordinary sqare which doesn't make it as unique as it could be...maybe try taking the block in the middle on the bottom out to create a more M-like shape (since that's what it seems like you are going for).
You could also maybe place some cool images within the boxes from the productions or designs that you've done and maybe have them in grayscale or something...Looks pretty good though either way!
