is there a standard method of encoding for the internet that i could use for my demo? i prefer to use flash, but free hosting sites like "youTube" and "photobucket" state that you submit videos using quicktime/media player/etc.
my company has purchased the sorenson squeeze 4.3 extreme bundle (i don't remember what the full version is called), so i'm able to encode just about anything into something else, i'm just unsure of what will give me the best quality when the free video hosting site throws their flash compression on it...any advice?
i did my demo site with quicktime H264 compression. it looks good for the size of the file 30 megs at about 4.5 minutes. 400X300 at 29.97fps. AAC stereo audio. you need to have quicktime 7 to view however (those with older operating systems won't be able to see, but i don't care).
