Yes it does. That was a very enjoyable piece that totally sucked me in with the retro footage and brief history of tv graphics/editing. It was really great!

Same here about poor playback... perhaps server issue? FWIW, the functionality and look of Macromedia stuff is nice, but the encoding still sucks, despite their marketing claims!

Reggie and Dave: What kind of system/connection are you running??
by
on Jul 20, 2005 at 10:21:59 pm

Thanks,
I have not run into this...This site is positioned for Broadband... 1 meg or faster...What kind of system are you running and what is your connection speed...FLV video is as good as Sorenson QT...It is based on the same technology as Sorenson Compression and works good if the system can hang with it...Should progressively download

I will look into this more and post my findings.

If you have dial up, this site will crawl

Thanks for time and consideration

Just add a preloader, that'll solve it.

Great job--nice pause with the Utah cannon too.

My only comment is that maybe the low-tech opening should be a bit shorter, because you don't really know that it's actually going to progress to YOUR modern stuff. My only suggestion.

Great ending, nice work.
