How to make this introduction

Any idea on how to make a similar intro? It doesn't have to be in the same "collage" style, what I'm mostly interested in is to create the camera motion with pictures included. Preferably without a template.
Thanks!
/Sam

The Corkboard template in this collection of Motion 5/FCP X templates does pretty much exactly that - you could break it down to learn how to do it yourself:

Also I cover how to animate the camera in detail here:

It's done in Motion 4 but everything works in Motion 5

Hey Marc, thanks, it's really beautiful stuff you've got going there. I'd like to break it down, but I just don't have the money I'm afraid, it's a non-profit project. Thanks anyway! :)

I made a promo video very similar to this a few weeks ago. On a basic level the steps went like this:

1. Create a flat background plane.
2. Arrange all the resources, images, objects etc on the plane.
3. Put the camera over it and keyframe the movement of the camera to match whatever timing you need. Set the interpolation on the keyframes to "continuous", "ease in" or "ease out" for a nice smooth animation.

That's pretty much it!

Thanks a lot!
I'll update with a result when I get there :)
