Does Audition allow to convert Mp3/Wav to OGG format at all? If so, how?

Can anyone suggest any good Free Audio Converters that allow OGG format?

Audition 1.5 CAN convert to Ogg... I assume you can with 2.0 too.

I should hav ethe plug-in somewhere if I root around. Email me if you want it.
