I have a question about a website I've been building this summer, would someone take a look at the site / issue?
The site here http://www.jabsgallery.info and Ive attached a zip with the index and external style sheet inside.
The issue im having is a size or resolution problem. When the site is viewed in firefox it look good fits nicely,
and when viewed in safari or IE it's too large. I've validated the css and html at w3 and still nothing.
By default, Internet Explorer 8 will zoom the content of a Web page to match your Windows DPI Scaling settings. (This is a change from Internet Explorer 7, which did not zoom to match Windows DPI Scaling settings.) For example, if you set the DPI Scaling to 120 DPI, Internet Explorer 8 will zoom the content of a Web page by 125%, because scaling is done relative to 96 DPI, and 120/96 equals 1.25, or 125%. This is reflected in the Zoom UI in the bottom-right corner of the browser window:"
OK even after allowing for IE8 resizing it looks like there is an issue on IE.
To debug, two strands might be worthwhile :
make a very simple page with just some text and a simple image, and see if you get the same issue
