exporting 3d camera track from smoke

Hi, Just wondering whether anyone's having consistent results in exporting a camera track to 3ds max? followed what little tutorials there are but to no avail...ah well, back to syntheyes i guess.

Hi,

The FBX camera export supports the camera and any axis points you create. You can choose these options in the export menu.

The FBX export does not support geometry, only camera metadata and axis (pointers/locators/helpers.)

This should actually be a pretty straight forward process.

The only issue that you may encounter is units of measurement in 3DSMax since Action only supports pixels but you can specific the units in 3DSMax.
