Move a keyframe in the timebar

Is there a way to move a keyframe on the time bar, without going into the animation screen and moving everything individually? I made a sequence too long, so I just need to make it shorter, and was hoping that I could just move all of the keyframes as one. I'm able to do it in the animation screen, but was just curious if there was a way to do it in the timebar.

Unfortunately not.

The time-bar only displays keyframes for the selected channel.

You can slip or resize a group of keyframes on a segment in the sequence but not individual keyframes.

I may have been unclear, I am looking for a quick way to move an entire group of keyframes from the timebar. For instance, when I make adjustments in one place, it shows up as one blue keyframe on the timebar, but it's actually potentially dozens of keyframes. Am I able to move those all as one from the timebar? Basically I want to move that blue line (keyframe) on the timebar, and every keyframe that it is representing.

Unfortunately the answer is no.

Only through the animation editor I believe.
