any tips on prepping FCPX timeline for XML export to smoke/flame

I'm exporting a feature film (85 mins) length FCPX timeline for import into flame 2013 (am guessing its similar process as with smoke)

are there any changes or simplifications i should make in FCPX to make the import/conform go smoothly?

thanks so much
jacob

Hi,

Its difficult to say how to prep a timeline for the XML export.

Flame and Smoke should import the XML and if there are any unsupported effects, than they should be flagged as markers.

I would say, export a XML and see if it conforms in Flame.

I'll be interested to hear the results.

Regards
Grant
