Smoke Issue

When working in Smoke 2013 Ext. 1, I'm trying to archive a file. Every time I get an error that states: "error parsing table of contents". I believe that is because of a file that was imported that ended up being corrupt. How would I go about getting rid of the file. I tell Smoke to delete it upon startup but it never does. I also cannot click the file. I'm wanting to archive the project that I have but it refuses to allow this.

That error is referencing the TOC (Table of contents) for the archive itself. Are you using the verify archive option?

Smoke writes some extra archive info at /usr/discreet/archive -- liek an html toc file. Is there an issue with writing to that folder? Permisions?

Hi Brian,
I had the same issue over here with one project.
All the others, no problem.
Seemd i had a corrupt bin in my project.
Solution, make a new project, copy all you need to the new project using the mediahub.
Archive with no problem
I know it is a late reaction, but you never know
