Problem With Containers
on Jul 24, 2013 at 9:43:21 pm

Hey Everyone,

Extreme Noob here, but I seem to be having some type of issue with containers. Whenever I contain numerous graphics with embedded alpha channels, it does not seem to translate the alpha information in the final container. In the end, I am left with a container with a black background with no transparency available.

Is there a button or something I'm not turning on? Just starting to get my feet wet with this program, but I know for certain that I was not having this problem before the Extension 1 upgrade.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,
Paul W.

The mattes don't pass thought the containers. You have to always contain with your background image. I almost never contain because of it. Its better to just go in to CFX and Action.

Brian,

Thanks for the tip. Will use CFX for now on.
