Waveform Monitor in CW or CC??
on Apr 4, 2013 at 11:36:44 pm

Folks,

I need to do some rather simple color correction to a sequence of clips, but I'd like to have both my vectorscope and waveform monitor open to watch my levels in both luminance and chroma. This is a doddle in Davinci, but I cant find a way to open the waveform in either CW or CC?

This must be possible.. what am I missing?

Adrian

I'm really hoping all the Smokers are at NAB and there really is a way to get a waveform monitor up in the Color Warper....

Someone.. ANYONE??

Hi from NAB :)

If you are in the colour corrector or colour warper in the timeline, you do the following:

If you are in the overlay UI, press CONTROL+ESC to get to the standard grey interface.

Now click the OPTIONS button to the left of the UI and you choose SHOW VECTORSCOPE.

You can now see the vectorscope and also toggle to a waveform view.

Hope this helps!

Grant
