Is it possible to share libraries with the Flame and the Smoke on the Mac?

Yes. Flame 2013.2.2 (20th Anniversary Ext2 Sp2) is the same as Smoke2013 SP2 (2013.2.2)

Can Flame 2013.2.2 read ProRes?

The lastest version of Flame can decode ProRes if you directly import the ProRes file.

However, I believe that when you wire between linux systems, the frame might be transcoded to uncompressed DPXs to ensure compatibility between Mac and Linux, even though the original was ProRes.

Autodesk technical support will be able to confirm this for you if you contact them directly.
