Batch resize in Smac

Guys is there a way to use the resize effect to batch convert a number of files on the desktop in Smac 2012? I need to convert a number of files from 10 bit to 8 bit. Doing it manually is tedious.

Save the Source area they are in to the Library and you can use the resize tool there.

Change the bit depth and then reload back to the source area/editdesk.

And for the next time, you and resize all the images on import too by turning on resize in the import window.
