on Jan 13, 2012 at 12:15:48 pm

Hi Everyone,

In answer to some user requests, I have posted a new video on the Smoke Learning Channel:

Creating a Maya Z-Depth Pass for Autodesk Smoke

This video shows how you would go about setting up and creating a Z-depth render pass in Maya to be used to create depth of field effects in Autodesk Smoke. Focusing mainly in Autodesk Maya, we'll examine the settings required and show off the results in Autodesk Smoke. For all involved in CGI work!
