Hello guys, please tell me which of these programs are supported for PC?
and what are the main differences between these softwares?

Only Composite which used to be called Toxik, is for PC. Luster was on PC, not sure if it really is, and it is only a color grading app.

Smoke, Flame, Flare are Linux based and are editing compositors.

There is a Smoke for Mac version, which is an editor and compositor.
