Hey there,

You'll need to check if the library in question is being locked by a current process... like a burn node or another user.

If you are SURE no other system process is using the library, you can simply delete the lock file.

To find the lock file:

Open a shell, su.

cd /usr/discreet/clip

find . -name '*lock'

---This is show all locked libraries.
find the locked file in question,

rm (locked file name) <-do not add parentheses.

Good luck :)

on a mac, a shell is a window opened in the app called Terminal. To access the root level of your system, open a shell in Terminal and type sudo su, then it will ask for a password.
