Encore Ques #2 How do you Auto connect Menu Chapters to Chapter Markers in Timeline
on May 16, 2012 at 8:05:25 pm

OK so here is another question regarding Encore and DVD Menus. In Apple DVD Studio Pro, when I import the m2v file into Studio Pro I select a standard Menu template. Studio Pro automatically connects the chapter markers to the Menu chapters and asks you for the submenu you want to use for the additional Chapter markers. When I import the menu in Encore, I have to connect the Chapters manually for each marker. I have stage productions with over 30 Chapter markers. What am I doing wrong in Encore. What is the process to have Encore auto connect to the timeline markers and add submenus?

Link any button to any chapter and then select the menu and go the menu bar. There in "Menu" menu, choose Create chapter Index for DVD and if you want to do multipage menus in Blu-ray, choose Create Multipage chapter Index...
