Multi Building Blu Ray Discs CS5

I'm about to begin the build of 100 blu-ray discs of a 12.2gb movie project. All working files for this burn are on my 2011 macbook pro 17", 8gb ram, Panasonic BDR-206 blu-ray burner connected firewire 800.
The test discs have taken 35 minutes to burn.

Are there any experiences from anyone in using the "number of copies" for multiple discs?

Given my parameters above, can I batch these builds into groups of 5 or 10 or 20...without safely compromising the integrity of the build? What would be the safest route? If I have to do it in singles, fine.

Thank you in advance on any and all help.

I let Encore create a disc image, then use Toast to burn as many as I need. The new version of Toast v 11 allows you to burn to multiple burners at the same time. It works great. Just did a run of 35 Blu-Rays.
