Encore 2.0 and Dynamic Link AE Options "Grayed Out"

Within the Adobe Production Studio, I cannot inmport or create a new AE 7.0 project from Encore 2.0. The option is grayed out

Any thoughts..??

Are you able to use Dynamic Link to import an AE comp into Premiere Pro?

Good. Next question. Did you buy the Production Studio Premium or did you add Encore to the PS Standard? If the latter, then your results are expected.

I am unaware of any way to make DL work with Encore and the PS Standard. Sorry.

OK....Should have paid up...!
So if I want to make an Encore menu in AE 7.0 do I save as an AVI and then import as an asset..?

Yes. And you'll also want to use subpicture-only buttons over the video if you don't want to render it in Encore before you see.
