Multi-State object gallery for non-image content

Greetings! I wouldn't normally resort to asking for help in this way but I'm working to a tight deadline and have so far wasted a lot of time watching tutorials that didn't answer the specific question I had.

I'm creating a content heavy, interactive fixed-layout ePub and I would like to have an area on the page that is clickable/touchable to scroll between different sets of content without having to duplicate and alter the whole page.

Easy enough to do with images, but I can't currently find how to do it with a container for content as shown in the image: to be able to click between "vital stats" and "moons" form the buttons at top to see differing content.

Please excuse the terrible explanation, I don't have great Adobe vocabulary!!

Assuming you are using PDF as the delivery format, as far as I can tell you will have to do this with Acrobat Pro and Javascript.
