I am trying to avoid having the text wrap or hyphenate over to the next line in a text box. When I search for answers all that comes up is how to "wrap" texts around objects. Can't find the setting or button anywhere. Picture attached, though I couldn't see it when I uploaded and can't see it in this post so maybe it isn't working? Here is an imgur link in case lol:

Please respond if you can help with finding the answer or if you have the answer, not to make fun or criticize please, and thank you.

InDesign doesn't have such an option. It always wraps a line when it comes to the edge of the text frame. You have to make the text box wide enough to allow for the full text if you want the text to stay on a single line.

If you just want to avoid hyphenation, you can turn it off in the paragraph settings.
