Import XML assign style based on element type="value"
on Mar 25, 2011 at 11:50:48 am

Hi,

I have a XML file and a DTD. I want to know
if ID can do the following. In my XML data
I have multiple <level type="?"> elements
with different TYPE values, then a <head> element following. Like so:

<level type="1">
<head>Head 1</head>
...
</level>

<level type="2">
<head>Head 2</head>
...
</level>

When importing the XML is it possible via
paragraph styles to set the different
<head> styles based on the previous
<level> TYPE value. So if type="1"
the <head> following will be set in
Times Bold 12pt. If the type="2" the
<head> will be set in Times Bold Italic 10pt.

How can I go about this?

M
