Converting an InDesign CS doc to Quark

What is the best way to do this? I have tried a hi-res PDF (It is a die-cut image with bleed) and EPS (which creates a lot of crazy strokes and flattens the image). Is there something that I don't know about besides the 2 methods mentioned above? I am about to resort to a re-draw in AI.

Markzware has ID2Q for converting InDesign to Quark.

You can save as PDF and open that in Illustrator to convert to Illustrator. You can then place that in Quark.
