Warranty policy for decklink card.

I've been using this decklink card for about 1.5 years, and yesterday it stopped working. I called the local dealer here, but he told me they just provide one year warranty on BMD products. I thought the 3 years warranty should be global, as published on your website, right?

If your reseller is in the U.S., this is a slightly unusual statement, but some resellers over seas have different policies regarding warranty returns and services they themselves provide. Regardless, Blackmagic Design honors your full warranty period, and we're happy to help you troubleshoot and RMA your card if it comes to that.
