H.264 prorecorder and Premiere pro editing HD files

Hi.
When trying to edit HD files(720p) from the Pro Recorder my premiere won't playback any sound. Ordinary PAL is noe problem, both from the h.264 prorecorder and decklink. Intuitively to me this means that my drivers are OK and that my problem lies somewere else.
The fileinfo says:
Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz - compressed - Stereo
Project Audio Format: 48000Hz - 32 bit floating point - Stereo

These make me draw the conclusion that there are a problem with my decompresser, but as mentioned, it work perfectly for compressed PAL with same fileinfo.

Anyone experienced this? Any ideas on what to check? The playback from VLC and MediaPlayer shows no signs of problems, and the exported file from Premiere also contains audio playable with VLC+MP.

Does not playback audio captured with a Decklink Studio2 either.
720P50 - uncompressed 8-bit YUV.
